Onsite gym that is fairly accessible People are nice, apart from higher management who can be very blunt and passive aggressive

- ZERO progression -Pay rises non existent even-though the company revenue grows year on year -No acknowledgment of hard work -Favouritsim towards men, all directors are male except two… says it all about the culture! Unhappy empolyees and they dont care Sales target unrealistic causing fear culture - HQ old school - No ability to work from home and asked to clock in showing no trust to hard working employees CEo and owner narcissistic
