Pros

Everything is good and it's nice to talk to people from all around US

Cons

We are receiving thousands of calls from Monday to Saturday, we don't have time to drink water to filter our drying throat due to a lot of phone calls that was delivered here in the Philippines, can you please decrease the number of calls that is being sent in here? Not avoiding phone calls but hey, we also need rest even after 30 seconds after call. Thanks!

Take home work truck and okay benefits.

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
