The upper management team is extremely unorganized. They constantly micromanage, expect employees to work when you're told despite the one Saturday a month rule, and set unattainable quotas and unrealistic expectations for the sales team. When the regional team fails, the pressure is put on the sales team. Additionally, the company has slashed its marketing budget, resulting in a lack of quality leads. Despite being told that cold calling is not required, it is expected once you are hired. I strongly advise against working for this company.
