      Pros

      There are lots of challenges that improves your patience and durability.

      Cons

      All managers are terrible there isn't any manager who knows what they do. Manager doesn't have technical background or knowledge. HR is terrible as well instead of hire and keep talented people they are hiring and keeping who accepts lower salary.

      Pros

      The people at Very are all ambitious which creates a great culture! The hybrid working model allows flexibility so you can split your time across the office and working from home.

      Cons

      I can't think of any!
