Great training opportunity, terrible management and use of employees - Drive Though Attendant Tim Hortons Employee Review

Management with no leadership ability, top manager unable to delegate and became frazzled near the end of my employment. Many employees becoming restless and upset. Pay does not compare to work load at time, very noisy and hectic environment, sporadic hours and scheduling.
