Pros
Free Donuts Free Drink Fair Wages Tim Horton's is actually a company you can be proud of. They respect their workers, at least at the one where I was. It was like any other job, nothing special, but the people there made it kind of cool to be there, and the food and drinks were cheap. I miss the area too, I loved being around the Wayne State kids.
Cons
Though my managers were nice, they were barely ever there and getting ahold of them was always a huge feat for everyone. Even as a supervisor there are still only certain decisions you can make and you don't want to make the wrong one and end up with an emergency or make a mistake so dire that the company loses money.
