Pros
Enjoyed the nature of the work and the values of the company when I first started. Franchisees were great to work with. Company was really ahead of it's time when it came to marketing and employee relations.
Cons
Was a good company to work for until the Burger King merger. Since then has become a company focused on growing the company at the expense of running their employees into the ground. A lot of turnover has happened and will most likely continue.
