      Pros

      Lunch free three times a week all the snacks you could ever want Benefit package is adequate Great new building

      Cons

      Always promising you a future. I have heard it so many times... that there is so much growth! Dead End job! Only senior level and above make money. The only people management caters to are the engineers...and you have to be senior level to even be acknowledged. Everyone is Micromanaged here. Few are happy! We have a huge turnaround here. We lose people by the dozens weekly. Very frustrating. Giving up!

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
