11yI am sorry to hear that you had this experience and it appears that our compensation changes weren’t properly explained to you. Yes, we recently did realign some of our compensation plans, but, it wasn't about pay cuts, in fact they were modified to make it simpler for our sales professionals to succeed and to take advantage of our exciting new products and leads. I’m happy to share that so far those changes are working as we have more our our sales associates achieving their quotas than ever before, with some of the best employee retention in our history. And yes, we do have amazing co-workers here and we will continue working hard to show how much we appreciate them.
