The craft is awesome to work with. Pay is good Benefits are good

Camaraderie stops at the Supervisor level. That level and below work great together. Superintendent level and up, not so good. They silo the groups with an extreme level, building empires and embellishing themselves. There are a very few exceptions but they are new to company. Management will hang you out to dry, cover up messes that reflect poorly on themselves and not report incidents to DOE as they should. Its a chilled work environment, If you have a questioning attitude as defined, you have a target on your back. The "promote from within" is a "good ole boy/buddy system" not who is qualified for the positions.
