Pros
Amazing coworkers, free trips, good benefits
Cons
12 hour days, mandatory parties, inexperienced upper management, horrible pay WeWork demands that you give everything to the company, there is no work life balance. They preach diversity, but all I see are white men , even representing our international teammates. They preach about all of their growth opportunities, but if you start in Community, expect a dead end to any career aspirations you had. They say a lot with no action, you get no recognition for all of the hours and time you put in and the pay is horrible. The CEO is absolutely delusional, constantly talking over his teammates, saying inappropriate comments in front of the entire company, and giving little to know information about the company and asking you to just trust him. He is brewing a strange cult following and everyone's expected to just bow down to anything he says. This job has made me feel so anxious, which is a huge bummer. I love my coworkers and the company seems so glamorous on the outside, but none of it is worth it.
