Pros

Wells Fargo has great pay and benefits or at least it used to. I’m not sure how the pay ranges stack up vs other companies as I’ve been here for 14yrs

Cons

Micromanagement. Unattainable goals. Managers that speak out of both sides of their mouth and will readily lie to your face. No employee advocates so you’re damned if you do and damned if you dont. Constants state of anxiety as there are no concrete policies. Manager intentionally leave a grey area for plausible deniability. They put up posters and run campaigns saying to be candid but the minute u are, there’s a bullseye on ur back and ur now known as a trouble maker. Even after the credit card scandal they still don’t take seriously doing things the right way and with integrity cus it’s all about numbers. Software tools constantly breaks yet ur still expected to achieve the already impossible goals. It seems they’re just giving us refurbished hardware that constantly breaks as well

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
