Pros

diversity, equality, and inclusion are strong

Cons

Work Life Balance and Job expectations are ridiculous. Hybrid work 3 days in office (which is measured for entry/exit and computer activity. Expectation is working overtime for software releases and working with India. Make a good deal coming in and expect Wells Fargo to meet the minimum of your deal (if you get a bonus, expect them to pay some portion in stock instead of cash, which forces you to keep it for years unless you want the capital gains tax hit), unrealistic deadlines (leadership without knowledge of what it takes to deliver software), software release processes exist, but are followed to bare minimums due to time pressures on the job, forced relocation to another office, poor food options (literally inedible hot food options), paid parking if you want safety in crime area, lots of pressure from top down to deliver, not so veiled threats (as a principal engineer that's these are the expectations in my group...), in general run away, you don't want this.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
