Management is unprofessional and full of junk leaders and managers. Be careful about servicing team and its leader, he is worst person . Only his family and friends can grow here. Technical people will become handicap in 2-3 years and can only think of saving their job at any cost. There is no clear direction and no guarantee that you will work on what you are hired for. All accolades and awards for reserved for people who act well and are manager's favorites. Architects, SAs are namesake and no proper roles defined. Technology managers are super powers in India and can stoop to any level of politics to safe guard their jobs.
