Honestly nothing but working from home was good about this job
Cons
Worked here for 2 and half years under the OSU teams. My manager and work director had no idea how to do any of the processes. The only opportunity for raises are based of your production numbers. I held 113% average production and my yearly raise at most was .76 cents. Literal slap in the face. HR doesn't care about any complaints made from employees unless coming from manager.
