- Hybrid work arrangement that encourages work life balance: 3 days home, 2 days in office. - Office culture is collaborative and rather tightly knitted. - Recent restructure of C-level and senior leadership is mostly seen in a positive light than not.

Cons

- Certain internal matters and process flows lacks clarity. - Clear internal documentations is not a strong suit of Xceptor.

The market has an obvious need for the product The product is mature with a committed team enhancing it The general team overall is supportive Management allows your to operate autonomously - they trust you to get the job done Everyone is very professional and courteous You can tell the company focuses on hiring A players

Cons

The company is coming out of a turnaround so many people are new As with any small and evolving company - there are growing pains. Make sure you like autonomy and can build your own success
