      Pleasant environment with challenging work

      Pros

      Pleasant workplace, the teams and people are generally willing to help one another. Xceptor has great potential in terms of growth. Challenging and demanding environment but not unreasonable.

      Cons

      Attrition rate is on the high side. Too much focus on rolling out new features or chasing market hype, improvement to existing capabilities is pretty lacklustre.

      Xceptor - Great Culture Great Product!!

      Pros

      Truly enjoyed working with Xceptor, the company exhibits its people, great expertise. mindset and attitude. To top that up, a great product that you can get very creative and innovative with. Great for end users as well, who are not extremely tech-savvy. All in all, great company to work in with lots of potential or opportunities for the future to be unlocked too.

      Cons

      Good to keep focusing on general industry scalability and adaptability with the existing tech of AI, Kubernetes, and micro services. Services and opportunities expansion in GTM partnerships or services augmentation. Product industry collaboration/partnerships is great to have and see too.

We will continue to look at ways where we can use and integrate AI to accelerate Xceptor further. As you're aware we have also recently hired a Senior Partnerships Director who will be focussing on driving our partnerships strategy. To start to see themes as to where we can continue to improve, we will be collating the pros and cons from our employee reviews to highlight to our leadership team at the end of the financial year to discuss how we can start to address these moving forward; watch this space!

      Challenging work with good work life balance

      Pros

      - Hybrid work arrangement that encourages work life balance: 3 days home, 2 days in office. - Office culture is collaborative and rather tightly knitted. - Recent restructure of C-level and senior leadership is mostly seen in a positive light than not.

      Cons

      - Certain internal matters and process flows lacks clarity. - Clear internal documentations is not a strong suit of Xceptor.
