Cons
- no stock option until C8 grade (Manager/Principal level) - very limited bonus only if you get the highest performance review distinction - salary increase caped based on your team's folks performance: if all perform well you won't receive much, you need to have low performer in the team to standout. Thankfully people are healthy enough to not start competition between perks and decrease life balance, but be mindful about it. - very unbalanced work life balance depending on the team.
