Pros

Discount when shopping at Zalando, which isn't really a benefit since you're spending your money at the company that pays you minimum wage.

Cons

- no consideration for prior experience. Everyone starts with the same base salary. - Obsession with numbers. It doesn't matter how good of a job you do. It will never be good enough. You'll always be pressured to solve cases in shorter times or finish phone calls with a certain amount of time. At the same time they emphasise good quality in taking care of customers which is hard to combine with short time. - Control. Every thing you do must be registered. Even your toilet breaks. No flexibility. - Be prepared to talk to very rude and unhappy costumer, which is understandable (view point 2). Many are unable to solve cases in short times and would therefore send hasty answers which make costumers unhappy. - Low salary. Considering all the points above, the salary doesn't measure up.
