Pros
Very decent tech org. Most things are done well. There are really good engineers in the company.
Cons
Extremely hierarchical structure. A lot of red tape. A lot of middle managers that bring next to no value. Leadership team almost comically fits into the tech-bro archetype. Your team lead has extraordinary power over you. Make sure you like your team lead because they can make your life a living hell if they don't like you.
