Pros

-Great People and culture in local office. -Very competent Local Leadership and Mentor -Improving benefits over the years -Very good innovation and tech

Cons

-Middle Management does not support local leadership which is a big deal -Global Leadership refuses to understand and assist local markets, even with solutions provided -KPIs and work extremely mis-aligned with company's direction, goals -Targets set are unachievable (above point affects this). Even scoring big deals doesn't help to achieve the KPIs as a lot of factors are not accounted for

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are glad you have been able to enjoy the great people and culture that your local office has to offer. When global and regional collaborate to make decisions many factors come into play. You can rest assured that any global strategy put in place is considering different aspects and local needs even if this is not always visible to individuals. On the topic of targets, I agree with you that we have ambitious goals in place and we are proud of our achievements based on this high performance culture. I’d be happy to discuss any other feedback you may have. Please email us at hr_hq@emarsys.com.

Pros

Nice colleagues to vent with about the nonsense that exists.

Cons

Most people don't actually work and B.S. through QBRs, revenue calls, etc. Leadership shows favoritism and success is 95% dependent upon accounts. Marketing is a JOKE! Companies still don't know who Emarsys is after years of wasted marketing dollars (talk to the CMO for two minutes and you'll immediately realize the problem). Very few knowledgeable solution experts, and several are just taking up space - literally a waste of resources (again, talk to their leader and you'll pinpoint the problem). The platform itself is limited and SAP is driving a wedge between the overall partnership. Very few shared accounts with broader SAP and resentment amongst revenue generating teams is the norm. Constant lies to cover up the writing on the wall. No direction from the top down - blind leading the blind.
