Been at essDOCS for close to two years, and what struck me most from day one is a true singularity of purpose; there's a real feeling that you're part of something bigger, on a mission to change a traditional/conservative industry that desperately needs to get with the times. Major plus is also the horizontal management structure (led by an intense and charismatic CEO), which means that mgmt is most of the times at your disposal for a chat, feedback etc . Flexible hours, working from home and ample leave also a plus. And inclusive culture makes you feel more part of a 'family' than just a team.

As with any tech company things can get hectic in the rush to scale up and cater to a growing customer base. Also, if you're into a more traditional corporate culture is probably not the place for you. The rest of us might as well enjoy the ride!

Staff are motivated have a great work ethic. The staff all know the end goal, and are striving to achieve this. Staff career paths considered Involved in creating new and unique products Growing and expanding quickly internationally Working with a great product you can believe in Opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies around the world This is not an environment where you can hide. You need to work hard, be transparent, and meet your targets.

Industry can be slow to change, but company is making inroads Customers increasing at such a rate staff will need to be increased It’s obviously frustrating when 99% of the people work hard, put the hours in, and take real pride in their work whilst the 1% can have an effect in such a small company.
