Pros

Employsure recognises hard work and the Company is not afraid to make changes to improve the day to day life of its Employees. It's a real team environment and everyone comes together to work toward the Company's vision. I am challenged every day in my role and that results in continued learning and growth.

Cons

Maybe that the drinks trolley only come around once a month.

Pros

Prior to the takeover earlier this year, this company deservedly won accolades for its culture and benefits. You can disregard all that now. New management have all but burnt it to the ground.

Cons

The problem is that the new leader is using the management tools of the first industrial revolution, while we are entering the fourth industrial revolution. The result has been the best people running for the door to greener pastures. Cliches abound, and it’s all so transparent and hollow. Word repetition does not equal culture. The top-down hard approach to comms, decisions, restructures, is tone deaf. Flexibility and working from home? Forget it. You’ll be asked to get into your chair, smile, and nod politely even if there is an apocalypse occurring outside. All the while customers pay the price. Staffing is down (so are the costs I guess- is that an achievement?) but ultimately we provide slower or no service to our clients. But let’s blame it on the people who left. How dare they seek better opportunities, aren’t we in the UK?

It seems from your review you are out of form and should discuss your concerns with your line manager or our Talent Team. It is misleading and false to state a takeover has occurred. While there has been some change this year and a greater focus on providing Super Service, Employsure continues to evolve and grow and align to a successful global approach. While for some this may present challenges to adapt, for most in the business this is an opportunity to grow and develop in a business that always tries to be better. As a HR advisor you will be aware of a number of home working teams and part time teams, your review does not reflect Employsure reality and we question it's purpose.

Pros

The salary, is the only thing that keeps you there. That and the fact that management don't even care about you as a person, helps you determine your decision quicker that this place is only for the employees, who are willing to become a puppet to what they call "socializing" more like... do as I say, and if you don't agree... you are treated like a nobody until you force yourself to leave.

Cons

EVERYTHING! You are treated like a child. You're told to be a follower, and if you ever complain, don't expect HR (laughing.. some HR) to do anything for you. They will sweep it under the rug, and treat you like the worst person in the world, until you feel neglected, and make a decision to leave, as you feel like you're the problem. Oh, and not to mention the push to write POSITIVE reviews as soon as you are hired, so that in the months leading up to realizing you are in this hell hole... it looks like they're the best company on this site... NOT to mention all the FAKE reviews that are on this site. The amount of people who are bullied, cry... and who are made to feel like you cannot complain is actually ridiculous, but that's okay, the managers will eliminate them quietly, because let's face it.. you are a problem... and rather than listen to their staff... they get rid of the best workers, and keep all to suck ups.

Thanks for your feedback, obviously you haven't had a great experience during your time at Employsure and I am confident that this is the exception rather than the norm. Whilst I won't address all of the points you raise, the comment around fake reviews isn't accurate and brings into question Glassdoor's integrity, something which I am sure is critical to their business. I'm not sure what you actually mean by a fake review however I can assure you that there are no fake reviews on this site to my knowledge. Thanks, Michael Head of Talent
