      Good work culture in addition to the favoritism

      Pros

      Good work culture, work life balance, cab facility, hybrid work model, minimum 7% annual hike.

      Cons

      Favoritism - Favorite people of Managers and Engineering managers get frequent promotions irrespective of their effort. Employees who put lot of efforts will be ignored for years (more than 4 to 5 years) without a single promotion. Layoffs - almost every year. Salaries are low compared to the market standards.
