Pros

The office space is nice and has snacks

Cons

I've never worked at a more disorganized and chronically underdeveloped firm. Internal teams are severely understaffed and overburdened, and they also have high turnover. Even the company website remains unfinished after three long years since they started the redesign. It's hard for younger associates to advance and receive recognition. There’s no real company culture or fair equitable processes, despite what they claim. I advise against working here unless you're strapped for cash.

Pros

Flexible environment, some good people, some interesting projects.

Cons

As others have said: poor leadership, lack of transparency around growth and promotions, high turnover, sub-par benefits and pay, general shadiness. There are equity roles with a non-existent equity program.
