Lots of outdated reviews so I figured I’d provide current info. - Micro-management is practically nil. Lots of freedom to just get things done. Some EM’s not so much, however 99% leave you alone when they need to. - Upper management is the best of the best. They listen to you and actually care about their employees. They don’t have big egos that you have to deal with like at some other ServiceNow consulting firms. - Lots of smart people to collaborate with on projects. Evergreen makes sure to hire quality people. - great compensation - The company culture is pretty unique (no, really). Friendly coworkers, considerate bosses, feedback being listened to and no micro-management goes a long way. That’s what Evergeen has built.

I have enjoyed my tenure at Evergreen. Its a typical small business environment with its own challenges similar to any other small business.
