1. No increments, they give various reasons at the time of increment. One will never be reviewed on the basics of work or projects completed and bought to company but will be reviewed on the basis of long hours of working on the same thing again and again and on the basis of working on weekends. 2. No freedom at all, You are not suppose to have breaks entire day. Only 1 hr break is allowed(This does not apply to favourite employees and the smokers ) 3. You are considered bad employee or poor employee if you do not come to office on weekends for the not so prioritiesed work or unplanned or work delayed due to management.(This happens every time as this is the only work culture here. On the name of work people come here on the weekends to party and then those people are the favourite ones and the good employee of the company) 4. These people never plan their work strategies prior. This increases Re-dos and weekend work. Tip: To be a good and favourite employee one should be a smoker, drinker and one should be able to say yes to everything good or bad, wrong or right from the management.

No flexibility with working days or hours—strict timings are enforced. Absolutely no work-from-home option as there’s no policy for it. The sandwich leave policy is a nightmare; you can't make any plans with friends or family without facing salary deductions. 1. Not at all worthy to join this organization 2. Absolutely no respect or value for employees. 3. HR is extremely unprofessional, constantly screaming like it's a marketplace. 4. Ridiculous turnover—most people quit within 2-3 months because of the terrible management. 5. The work environment is toxic, with no structure or proper processes in any department. 6. Extreme micromanagement to the point of policing tea breaks, etc; if you're not back within 10 minutes, you're treated like you've committed a crime. 7. Salary slips are a joke; you'll get them 3-4 months late, if at all. 8. Zero sense of teamwork or friendliness, just a hostile atmosphere. 9. No recognition or growth opportunities; you're treated like you're disposable. 10. Appraisals are delayed, and you won’t get a confirmation letter after probation unless you beg the HR for it.
