Pros

Molly Anderson is a fantastic CEO -- her leadership style is caring and inclusive, and she always had our (the employees') best intentions in mind. She’s a brilliant and ambitious leader. Generous PTO and health benefits. Fully remote, collaborative work environment. I would describe everyone working here as smart and nice. 40-hour work weeks are the norm, as opposed to other consulting companies. Expo-Talent really prioritizes work-life balance. An extremely diverse workforce. Expo-Talent truly "walked-the-walk" of DEI!

Cons

Nearly impossible to think of any cons, but I think there are some challenges with being a fully remote company (ex. miscommunications, different working styles, different working hours, etc.), however these challenges can be easily overcome with open communication and project management.

Pros

Exponential Talent is a mission-driven company, so the work that I get to do every day is meaningful and has a positive impact, which I really enjoy. I appreciate that we try our best to have a person-first, work-second attitude. I struggle with mental health issues, and my managers and colleagues have always been willing to work with me around those issues and allow me to work flexibly. My team is amazing. Colleagues are dedicated and creative when it comes to the work, and they are warm and welcoming when it comes to the people. There is an understanding that we are all here, just trying our best, which makes it easier to make mistakes, ask for help, learn, and grow.

Cons

I think, being a small firm, there are upsides and downsides that go along with that. For example, while we are given many opportunities to "wear different hats" or grow lateral skills, vertical advancement opportunities are fewer to come by and slower to reach.
