Cons

I am not given to publishing epistles in Internet but now I have my special Fichtner Story: Not feeling sufficiently cowed by the other positive posts or from the media only my story can show you the real face of this immoral company. They hired me imminently after they knew I have experience to solve specific problem, from the first day at the work I was involved in that issue as they would hired me only to solve it. After short time I solved that issue also some changes was happened in the management then they kicked me out. But at what time and in which conditions they resigned the contract with me is the interesting part of the story otherwise resigning during the probation is ok in usual condition and with understandable reasons. The reason they told me was really funny till I thought a hidden camera is filmming this sequence. The reason is diffintly offense against the german law §242 BGB immoral and breach the trust (sitten- und treuwidrig). I leaved my wife and children in another city and moved because of Fichtner to Stuttgart with hope of new chance for the whole family. As my children are care-dependent and in the mean time I was in Stuttgart also my wife was suddenly sick and also was care-dependent I decided to make everything possible and non-possible in order to pass this time and find special Kindergarten for the children and also a new apartment which both of them are very difficult to find in Stuttgart. For that I used to contact more than 200 persons and organisation to find an apartment and Kindergarten. This all is documented. This all took from me a lot of time and power and the management knew that and there were aware of my hunting finding and organizing all that. Ladies and Gentlemen the story is not finished. I already found an apartment and Kindergarten after all this struggle but guess when Fichtner told me about the resigning. ONLY one week before I should have moved to Stuttgart and the Management knew that as I always used to go to see the apartments and I was telling them everything. But they waited to take the best decision for them and the employee can suffer and the company does not give a... A manager told me one day we would like to hire local people rather than non-German. This Company has no thing to do with International Business or social work. This Company has not only financial and corrupt problem but also moral problem.
