Cons
Management is incredibly poor, inconsiderate, and inconsistent. No little work/life balance. Though staffed with some of the best, their skills and knowledge are generally wasted.

1) Great working environment. PMs are organised, have good communication skills and respect working hours. 2) After some years as a consultant, I can say that this is the consulting firm with the best work life balance I've ever had. 3) It has a diverse group in terms of gender and nationalities. 4) Intelectual challenging environment, you will not get bored.
Cons
As a company growing, it is in a transition process with advantages and disadvantages.
