Pros

Uncapped commision, flexible working hours, varied choice of solutions.

Cons

No company culture, half of the consultants are not ethical, no base salary, bad marketing, 0 investment into training and career development. TR (total reveneue) you bring rules over everything. Only makes sense if you are 100% money driven.

Located in nice building in Gateway West, Bugis

Cons

As the title suggests, not much leads generation activities for advisors. No social media or online marketing campaign to generate leads. Rely on mostly so called referrals method. Spent more resources on developing new apps or software (so they can call themselves, "tech-savvy"), rather than helping new advisors to succeed.
