Pros
They are a ROWE - results only work environment. They want most of your hours within normal business hours but if you need to step away or get something done later then it's not a big deal. Good opportunities to advance. They do training/mentoring if that's what you want.
Cons
You do need to track hours closely so they can bill clients.
