Unfortunately, there weren't any. The only pros came from working for the specific owner, not the management company
Cons
After working for this company for almost 4 years the list of cons is pretty lengthy. The first time I met Jennifer Nevitt she said "everyone is replaceable" and should have taken that sentiment to heart. In an attempt to not be petty I would just suggest looking at working for a more stable and professional management company. This company seemed to always be franticly trying to stay afloat and it created the most chaotic, catty and outright disrespectful workplace environment. At the time I didn't even realize how terrible and borderline abusive it was but after being with a more prominent, respected management company for two years it's all become very clear. I just don't want someone else to be sucked into that environment without warning.
Paid better than most of the Utah-based companies. The offices and apartments were well taken care of. I believe Senior Management did strive for perfection, which was great when it came to selling our product, but overall, they just come off as micro-managing and unwilling to listen to their employees.
Cons
Very difficult to work at a place where your experience and input really did not matter. Also, as with all businesses, numbers matter. But I felt that numbers mattered more than any other factor, and that was disheartening.
