      This is a contracting firm and it was a easy to deal with while working through contract position.

      Fusion Solution has a unique model of recruiting.

      Pros

      The office was pretty quiet even thought we worked in cubicles. joking around, going to lunch together, etc.

      Cons

      Owner put a stop to all that. High producers were put in charge of other recruiters. Owner was subject to screaming matches with the leads and would color the mood of the entire office.
