      autonomy, nice people, good history

      Cons

      total and utter shambles. Was up for sale, founding ceo checked out a few years before leaving, got through three cfos and interim ceo clueless about analysis. Merger with Bulgarian data science company nice idea but very poor execution. Operations a mess.

      Bespoke agency. Fits solutions to business problems. Easy access to teams internally. Good experience in key market sectors like travel, FMCG, Media and Services

      Cons

      Low staff retention. Company board is very short term focussed and gets rid of senior resource at the drop of a hat. Does not believe in long term investment and commitment. Trust with top management is low
