Chance to put your own creative spin on projects Chance to bring own ideas to life Chance to learn about circular economy Chance to work in a really unique industry, meet various people in this industry and forge relationships Chance to travel to different countries and learn about them in a unique way Hours were not too bad most days, a few long hours and weekends worked
Cons
Difficult working environment with little camaraderie Have to do odd jobs like dishes and taking out trash and other admin on top of regular work Not very hygienic Expected to carry out projects from start to finish with little support as a junior Tough management and little support when issues occur Often harsh and personal criticism, along with some constructive criticism Not much of a team structure resulting in confusion quite often
