      the company definition of “Golden Carrot”

      -Different shift options -very competitive compensation -all input is taken into account for future SOP -growing company

      Cons

      -Work is never “good enough.” Always found some issue to improve on -salary threatened and reduced if overreaching goals not met -hours changed at random without confirmation from employees, just expected to agree or get fired -Management is disjointed in goals, often received several different instructions -any perceived slight was met with verbal evisceration in front of entire team -ownership is micromanagers -required 50-60 hours per week, no exceptions -requests for time off frequently revoked or ignored, several employees made to feel their jobs were in danger if time off was taken
