      Pros

      I liked the onboarding process. I was able to connect between cross-channel teams with ease. Best part is teams are very welcoming. Work is very encouraging and challenging. The communication between teams, managers and leadership is transparent.

      Can give remote work frequently.

      Pros

      I must say that this is a perfect workplace to secure your career. You will have a cut throat but Friendly environment and supportive colleagues for sure. In my 2 yrs at ganit I have always been overwhelmed with work, but never felt that I am not learning any thing new.

      Cons

      Some time I felt overworked with timelines and work load but I was taking leaves which helped me to balance.
