Good team culture- Best part of the experience is the people you get to work and collaborate with. Interesting projects that you get to learn a lot from. Steep learning curve, so it's a good place to start your career.

Cons

Sometimes the sense of value and belonging is location/team-based so you can feel like you belong in one place and not in the other. Workload can be heavy and hours long typical of a consulting environment.
