      None- working here is career suicide

      This company is built on a culture of bullying and exploitation. They hire hoardes of young brilliant graduates who want to do impactful work and then they exploit their naivety by overworking them with zero support or training and a salary that does not match the nights and weekends that these kids put in. There is a very rampant culture of micromanaging and bullying of Analysts by Associates/Snr Associates - they call it giving honest feedback but honestly none of these Associates know enough about their subject matter to be giving feedback to anyone, they are all just winging it and scamming clients

      High burnout rates Assigned to different projects in which you are expected to fully engage-end up working at night and on weekends yet no extra pay Great Hypocrites They won't discuss the salary package during interviews - they will only give you what they can offer on the offer letter after having wasted time in many sets of interviews No job training is offered The compensation is low There is a bullying culture Your words will always be used against you Technically there are no additional employee benefits for working for this organisation
