      Pros

      Large company with lots of support Great place to learn Wide, diverse tech team, exposure to different frameworks Large volume of work

      Cons

      Doesn't feel very tech first i.e. marking criteria in performance reviews clearly more relevant to sales/client-facing roles

      Pros

      With current change in management style, there would be a better structured and more focused direction for the company. Team is small and thus allow for more interaction. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      However, there might be a changes with the company strategy to cater to changing environment. Thus one would have to prove his/her contribution to the company.

      Global Company with offices in Singapore, India, China, UK and Australia. Recognitions within the group in SG and other offices.

      Cons

      Multi-cultural environment. Have to work with different time zones.
