Pros
A lot of networking and bonuses if you've been an employee for years, good human resources
Cons
Long hours, some bosses are not the best if you are an intern, not a strong leadership nor structure inside the company, and not a strong teamwork environment with the employees on headquarters, definitely not a great place to work
