HSM is a very friendly place to work with a lot of great people to work with. In addition, the work is really interesting on a day to day basis with big global clients, which exposure to those clients that you rarely get in a larger business.

As a small business, some of the ways of working are still more relationship based than process based, but this has been improving over the time I have been at the company.
A lot of support to work on projects or subject matter that interests you; there is space to really carve out a career here and drive the direction of your development; client contact comes very early even at a junior level, which is unusual in the industry
