• High costs to have health insurance despite low pay. • A lot of immaturity, toxicity, and backstabbing amongst management and coworkers. • Favoritism; some get promoted despite grossly not satisfying metrics but because their mother is friends with the manager they are promoted. • Immature young lead housekeepers who have no social skills and are poor trainers. • They make you memorize the mission statement and punish you if you don't.

Working over night is not for everyone

They were making a few changes (GM, management company ) when I worked there so there were some disorganization/communication issues but nothing major

Inconsistent scheduling and treatment from F and B management

Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
