This is a tough company to work for; the leadership is the owner mom/son, and then about 5 or 6 VPs. below that are 30 folks desperately trying to hold things together while those VPs and executives change directions every week. It's no secret that they are trying to sell this and get out, but there's a problem because apparently it's hard to find a buyer for a company like this. It's just out-dated. There are some very nice folks who are hard workers, but they are terribly under-paid and not treated well by management.
