My role was never clear. Management was disorganized. There was no clear map of project objectives. Client cancelled project finally and I was laid of as a result.
The people that work here are great and management says all the right things. The coworkers I have had over my time here have been fantastic. The "mission" that the company has set is a great one, and outwardly they do follow it.
Cons
Upper management is very weak. Every year bonuses and raises go down even though the company grows exponentially. They have consistently paid me below the contract level and performance reviews do not go to higher management, so regardless of your performance, you don't see any compensation. If you go from mid-level to senior, they will not adjust your pay. Be warned. Also, if you become a middle manager for them, they do not pay you fairly for it.
