      basic work, easy to do and understand

      Cons

      - they do not take harassment cases seriously (speaking from a very personal experience, they rather protect the male staff than their female employees) - they don’t care about you as an employee or your safety (you will not get a wfh if even the roads are closed, if you do goodluck cause unrealistic goals are then set in place) - if you’re on probation, the rules will keep changing so goodluck with that too - they exploit fresh graduates, they will not pay you a fair pay and expect you to be on time sharp even if it’s raining and you left 30mins earlier to be on time.
