Pros

Flexible and remote work arrangements enable a strong work–life balance. The organization provides meaningful growth opportunities and trusts employees with the independence to plan and execute their work effectively. Well-established governance structures ensure clarity and accountability. The work environment is friendly and supportive, and despite being remote, there are ample opportunities to collaborate as a global team with colleagues from different parts of the world.

Cons

Remote and global, would make it work across time zones, and requires a lot of planning. Need to expand the client base further

Pros

*Remote and flexible work allowing for great life-work balance especially as a feminist organization, where women still have to manage other family tasks. *Multiple avenues for growth and learning beyond ones scope of work. Highly recommend Includovate for ambitious professionals who love to understand holistic business dynamics without boxing themselves to their specialization *As a feminist organization, the female representation is admirable *Due to it's diverse clients, one is able to acquire a wealth of knowledge and different ways of work. *As a growing organization, it offers staff a platform to create actual impact through innovation. Here innovative ideas are encouraged and supported

Cons

*Due to the remote and flexible working model, it's easy to find oneself working at odd hours - this however happens rarely. *Possibility of losing the human touch due to the remote working

Difficult clients like UNICEF make it hard to manage work-life balance. Cut back with USaid closing made consistent hours difficult
