Great to place to work straight out of college especially if your a F1 student.Great exposure on the business side as well as the Product development side.Flexible work hours ,Understanding CEO ,amazing coworkers.

Cons

I think there isn't any cons that I can see right now.everything seems pretty positive .The only con I would say is the location of the office .

- Allowed fully remote work - Company allowed flexibility with tech stack

Cons

- No appreciation from company, as a developer - Terrible benefits (absolute minimum health insurance, no 401k match) - You have to enter your timesheet even though you're salaried - Low staffing, which means they will make you do things outside your job description without paying you extra. Plenty of turnover. - Worked for the company for 2 years, never got a pay raise even after forced promotion
