Pros

There is no such perk to join this company apart of getting experience count.

Cons

Many senior members appear politically strong but lack technical depth. Decision-making often seems influenced more by internal alignment than by technical merit. As a fresher, even if you are meeting timelines and delivering work, being perceived as “too relaxed” can negatively impact evaluations. Performance feedback sometimes feels subjective, and there is a fear-driven culture around PIP discussions. TCS and Wipro have better compensation than them. The People/HR team appears understaffed and lacks visible engagement at multiple levels. Most decisions seem centralized among a very small group of leadership. The company’s decline, in my opinion, is less about the product and more about leadership and cultural challenges at the top

At Infrrd, we believe in transparency and consider feedback a gift — it helps us grow and improve. However, when feedback comes without specific details, it becomes difficult for us to truly understand and address the underlying issues. We take concerns around technical leadership and decision making seriously, and we are actively working to build a culture where merit drives every decision. We'd genuinely like to understand your experience better — we would request you to reach out to our HR team with all the details, and we are confident that together we'll be able to find a resolution.

Pros

It's a sinking ship. Growth for seniors is negative, Join only if you want to kill your ambitions and passion for coding.

Cons

They hire interns when a senior leaves, leaving other seniors with extra load. Reviews for interns are given by the people who are not even directly working with them. Only old people stuck around, new people either quits or gets thrown out within a year.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry your experience left you feeling this way. One thing we'd like to address directly: at Infrrd, we deeply believe that talent matters more than tenure. Whether someone is an intern or a seasoned professional, if they show initiative, curiosity, and the drive to take on a challenge — we don't hold them back because of their title or years of experience. Every voice matters here, and that's a value we stand by. We understand this approach may feel unsettling if you expected growth to be tied to seniority, but our intent is to create an environment where potential is recognised at every level. That said, concerns around workload and team structure are important to us. We'd encourage you to share the specifics with our HR team — we'd genuinely like to understand what fell short for you and make it right.
